Announcement of CMA Decision

I confirm that the following decision has been taken and would be grateful if Mergers Support Team would make the following clearance announcement at 10am on Thursday 29 September 2022.

The CMA has decided, on the information currently available to it, not to refer the following merger to an in-depth, Phase 2 investigation under the provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002:

Title of the Merger case: ANTICIPATED ACQUISITION BY BOOKING HOLDINGS INC. OF CERTAIN ACTIVITIES OF ETRAVELI GROUP AB (TRADING UNDER BRANDS SUCH AS GOTOGATE, FLIGHTNETWORK, MYTRIP AND SUPERSAVER)
