Publication of Prospectus

Further to its Intention to Float announcement published on 30 September 2022, Milton Capital plc is pleased to announce the publication of its Prospectus in connection with the initial public offering ("IPO") of the Company's Ordinary Shares (the "Ordinary Shares") and proposed admission of its Ordinary Shares to the Standard Listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

The Company has conditionally raised gross proceeds of £1,000,000 through the issuance of 100,000,000 Ordinary Shares by way of a Placing at £0.01 per Ordinary Share and will apply for those Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Standard Listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Expected Timetable

Publication of the Prospectus and commencement of the Issue	30 September 2022
Admission and dealings in Ordinary Shares commence	8:00 a.m. on 4 October 2022
CREST Accounts credited with uncertificated Ordinary Shares	4 October 2022
Where applicable, definitive share certificates despatched by post	5 October 2022
