(the "Sub-Funds")

Notice of Extraordinary General Meetings

The Company annouces that a circular has been issued to the registered holder of shares in the Sub-Funds (the "Registered Shareholder"), the Bank of New York (Depository) Nominees Limited, for the purposes of convening extraordinary general meetings to change the investment objectives of the Sub-Funds as set out below (the "EGMs"). Subject to receipt of the approval of the regulator and the Registered Shareholder, the changes will take effect on or around 4 November 2022.

The L&G Europe Equity (Responsible Exclusions) UCITS ETF EGM will be held at the registered office of the Company located at 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland on 26 October 2022 at 9:30 a.m. (Irish Standard Time).

The L&G US Equity (Responsible Exclusions) UCITS ETF EGM will be held at the registered office of the Company located at 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland on 26 October 2022 at 9:40 a.m. (Irish Standard Time).

Copies of the notices issued to the Registered Shareholder have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and www.lgimetf.com.

Further RNS and stock exchange announcements will be made to inform the Registered Shareholder of the outcome of the EGMs.
