Culligan / Waterlogic merger inquiry
The CMA has accepted undertakings in lieu of reference for the anticipated acquisition by Osmosis Buyer Limited (Culligan) of Firewall Holding S.à. r.l. (Waterlogic). This merger will therefore not be referred to Phase 2 and the undertakings will come into effect from this date. The final undertakings can be found on the CMA's case page and the full text of the decision will be published as soon as reasonably practical.
