SHAREHOLDER UPDATE

Further to the notice released on 10 October 2022, the Company hereby announces that the sub-fund name L&G Europe Equity (Responsible Exclusions) UCITS ETF will change to L&G Europe ESG Exclusions Paris Aligned UCITS ETF and the sub-fund name L&G US Equity (Responsible Exclusions) UCITS ETF will change to L&G US ESG Exclusions Paris Aligned UCITS ETF with effect from 4 November 2022.
