Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")

SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe I PLC and SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe II PLC ("the Companies") announce that at the EGM of the Companies held at the offices of Matsack Trust Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland on 14 December 2022 at 3 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. (Irish time) respectively the resolutions proposed were duly passed. The re-appointment of Ernst & Young as the auditors of the Companies and the authorisation for the board of directors of the Companies to agree the remuneration of the Auditors has been affirmed.
