Acceptance of Undertakings in Lieu of Reference

The CMA has today accepted undertakings in lieu of reference to Phase 2 given

by Baker Hughes Nederland Holdings B.V. under section 73 of the Enterprise Act 2002. 

The merger between Baker Hughes Nederland Holdings B.V. and Oz MidCo AS (Altus Intervention) will therefore not be referred to Phase 2 and the undertakings which have been signed by Baker Hughes Nederland Holding B.V. will come into effect from this date.
