Acceptance of Undertakings in Lieu of Reference

The CMA has today accepted undertakings in lieu of reference to a Phase 2 investigation given by Portman Healthcare (Group) Limited and Dentex Healthcare Group Limited under section 73 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The merger between Portman Healthcare (Group) Limited and Dentex Healthcare Group Limited will therefore not be referred to Phase 2 and the undertakings which have been signed by Portman Healthcare (Group) Limited and Dentex Healthcare Group Limited will come into effect from this date.

The text of this decision will be placed on the Competition and Markets Authority's website at https://www.gov.uk/cma-cases as soon as is reasonably practical.
