PUBLICATION OF RESPONSE STATEMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS:
(1) THE OFFER TIMETABLE IN A COMPETITIVE SITUATION
(2) MISCELLANEOUS CODE AMENDMENTS
On 19 October 2022, the Code Committee published PCP 2022/3 ("The offer timetable in a competitive situation") and PCP 2022/4 ("Miscellaneous Code amendments"), which proposed various amendments to the Takeover Code. The consultation periods for PCP 2022/3 and PCP 2022/4 ended on 13 January 2023.
The Code Committee has today published on the Panel's website:

RS 2022/3, the individual responses received from the respondents to PCP 2022/3 and Instrument 2023/1, which makes the amendments to the Code adopted in RS 2022/3; and |

2. |
RS 2022/4, the individual responses received from the respondents to PCP 2022/4 and Instrument 2023/2, which makes the amendments to the Code adopted in RS 2022/4. |
The amendments to the Code made by Instrument 2023/1 and Instrument 2023/2 will take effect on Monday, 22 May 2023.
The version of the Code on the Panel's website will be updated on 22 May 2023 and printed copies of the amended pages will be despatched to subscribers.
