Merger Found Not to Qualify
The CMA has decided that the following mergers do not qualify for investigation under the merger provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002:
Completed acquisitions by Medivet Group Limited (Medivet) of:
· Monument Vets Ltd
· Stanhope Park Veterinary Hospital Limited
The other 15 completed acquisitions by Medivet remain under investigation.
