Announcement of publication of the text of the CMA's Decision.

The CMA has published the text of its decisions on the completed acquisitions by Medivet Group Limited of Monument Vets Ltd and Stanhope Park Veterinary Hospital Limited which were found not to qualify for investigation under the merger provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002 on 6 April 2023. This decisions can be found on the Competition and Markets Authority's website at https://www.gov.uk/cma-cases. The other 15 acquisitions by Medivet remain under investigation.
