Acceptance of Undertakings in Lieu of Reference

The CMA has today accepted undertakings in lieu of reference to an in-depth, Phase 2 investigation given by Eville & Jones (Group) Limited under section 73 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The completed acquisition by Eville & Jones (Group) Limited of Vorenta Ltd will therefore not be referred to an in-depth, Phase 2 investigation and the undertakings which have been signed by Eville & Jones (Group) Limited will come into effect from this date.

The text of this decision will be placed on the dedicated case page on the Competition and Markets Authority's website at https://www.gov.uk/cma-cases as soon as is reasonably practical.
