The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has published the text of its decision to accept undertakings in lieu of reference to an in-depth, Phase 2 investigation offered by Eville & Jones (Group) Limited pursuant to section 73 of the Enterprise Act 2002 in relation to its completed acquisition of Vorenta Ltd, which was announced on 28 April 2023.
