Revocation Order
The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has made a Revocation Order under section 72(4) of the Enterprise Act 2002 in relation to the complete acquisition by Medivet Group Limited of Withy Grove Veterinary Clinic Limited. This Order revokes the initial enforcement order that the CMA imposed on 21 December 2022 and is without prejudice to the CMA's ongoing investigation into the acquisition or the other 14 acquisitions under investigation.
The text of the Revocation Order will be placed on the CMA's website at http://www.gov.uk/cma as soon as is reasonably practicable.
