Admission of New Share Classes

The Board of Directors of HSBC Global Funds ICAV plc (the "Company") wishes to announce the admission of the following share classes (the "New Share Classes"):

Admission is expected to be effective on 14 July 2023.

The investment objective of HSBC Global Funds ICAV - Global Sustainable Government Bond UCITS ETF (the "Sub-Fund") is to track as closely as possible the performance of the Bloomberg MSCI Global Treasury ESG Weighted Bond Index (total return hedged to USD) (the "Index"), and to promote environmental, social and governance (ESG) characteristics.

The investment objective of HSBC Global Funds ICAV - China Government Local Bond UCITS ETF (the "Sub-Fund") is to track as closely as possible the the Bloomberg China Treasury + Policy Bank Index (total return) (the "Index").

The admission of the New Share Class to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities will become effective, and dealings will commence 14 July 2023.

Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalised terms shall bear the same meaning as capitalised terms used in the prospectus of the Company dated 19 April 2023 (the "Prospectus").

A copy of the Sub-Fund's supplement have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and on the Company's website at www.assetmanagement.hsbc.com.
