Announcement of CMA Decision

Acceptance of Undertakings in Lieu of Reference

The CMA has today accepted undertakings in lieu of reference to Phase 2 given

by Bestway Panacea Holdings Limited (referred to as Well) under section 73 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The merger between Well and Lexon UK Holdings Limited and Asurex Limited will therefore not be referred to Phase 2 and the undertakings which have been signed by Well will come into effect from this date.

The text of this decision will be placed on the Competition and Markets Authority's website at https://www.gov.uk/cma-cases as soon as is reasonably practical.
