RESULT OF THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Legal & General UCITS ETF Plc (the "Company") wishes to announce that the extraordinary general meeting of L&G US Energy Infrastructure MLP UCITS ETF (the "Sub-Fund"), a sub-fund of the Company, was held at the registered office of the Company at 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland, on 25 September at 9:30 a.m. (the "EGM")

To approve the merger of L&G US Energy Infrastructure MLP UCITS ETF with Alerian Midstream Energy Dividend UCITS ETF (the "Merger"), the terms of which are contained in the notice to shareholders dated 1 September 2023 and in the common terms of merger and to authorise the directors of Legal & General UCITS ETF plc to give effect to the Merger in accordance with its terms

Accordingly, the proposed resolutions were approved by the Shareholders in attendance or represented at the EGM.

The merger and all changes set out in the circular dated 1 September 2023 are expected to take effect on 12 October 2023 (the "Effective Date"). The Final Exchange Trading Date shall be 11 October 2023. The Final Dealing Date shall be 11 October 2023.

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the circular dated 1 September 2023 which is available on National Storage Mechanism (NSM) https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
