SPDR I - Replication Method and Derogation Changes

CHANGES TO THE SUPPLEMENTS

Notice of the changes that will take effect as at the date the revised Supplements are noted by the Central Bank.

The relevant Funds are listed below.

ISIN: IE00B9KNR336  - SPDR S&P Pan Asia Dividend Aristocrats UCITS ETF

ISIN: IE00BYTH5S21  - SPDR S&P Global Dividend Aristocrats ESG UCITS ETF

Disclosure language is being included in the Supplements of the relevant Funds relating to the use of increased diversification limits. In order for the Funds to track the Indexes accurately, they will make use of the  increased diversification limits available under Regulation 71(1) of the UCITS Regulations. These limits permit the Fund to hold positions in individual constituents of the Index issued by the same body of up to 20%. 

The Index tracking strategy of the relevant Fund will be changed from an optimisation strategy to a replication strategy.  Information regarding the replication strategy is provided in the Index Tracking Funds section of the Prospectus.
