Merger FNTQ Decision: Anticipated acquisition by Siemens International Holding B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens AG (Siemens), of Chargeco Topholding B.V. (Heliox).
The CMA has decided, on the information currently available to it, that the above merger does not qualify for investigation under the merger provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002.
