SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe II plc (the "Company")

CHANGES TO THE PROSPECTUS / SUPPLEMENTS

Changes effective on 22 December 2023 or such later date as the Central Bank notes the revised Prospectus and Supplements

1.   Investor Profile

In light of the nature of the underlying assets which the Funds have exposure to, the Investor Profile section of the Fund Supplements is being updated to reflect the typical investors in the Funds will be investors who are seeking to take medium or long term exposure to the relevant market which a Fund seeks to track.  

2.   Other updates

Further passage of time updates are being made to the following sections of the Prospectus:

·      Directory/Management

·      Securities Lending

·      Asset Stewardship

Availability of Prospectus & Supplements

The revised Prospectus and Supplements, which also include certain other minor proposed updates, will be available from 22 December 2023or such later date as the Central Bank notes the revised Prospectus and Supplements, on www.ssga.com.
