Global X ICAV Business Day Definition Update

If you have sold or transferred all of your shares in the sub-funds listed in the Appendix to this notice, please pass this document at once to the purchaser or transferee or to the stockbroker, bank or other agent through whom the sale or transfer was effected for transmission to the purchaser or transferee as soon as possible.

Capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the prospectus of Global X ETFs ICAV (the "ICAV") dated 4 September 2023, as amended by addenda thereto dated 24 October 2023, (collectively, the "Prospectus") and the supplements to the Prospectus for the purpose of offering shares in the supplemented listed in the Appendix (together the "Supplements"). Copies of the Prospectus and the Supplement are available upon request during normal business hours from the registered office of the ICAV.

Sub- Funds of the ICAV as listed in the Appendix (together the "Funds") - Revised Business Day

Dear Investors,

The ICAV is an open-ended investment vehicle with variable capital organised under the laws of Ireland and is authorised by the Central Bank pursuant to the European Communities (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations 2011, as amended.  The Fund is a sub-fund of the ICAV.

As reflected in the Supplements, the Fund's definition of the business day reflects "a day on which the New York Stock Exchange is open for normal business" (the "Business Day") It is proposed to include the London Stock Exchange in the definition of Business Day as reflected below:

"a business day means a day on which the New York Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange is open for normal business."   (the "Revised Business Day")

The Supplements are proposed to be updated accordingly, in order to reflect the Revised Business Day, and, subject to the approval of the Central Bank, the updates to the Supplement, as illustrated in the Appendix, will take effect on, or around, 12 January 2023.
