CHANGES TO THE SUPPLEMENTS

Notice of the changes that will take effect as at the date the revised Supplements are noted by the Central Bank.

The relevant Funds are listed below.

ISIN: IE00B469F816 - SPDR MSCI Emerging Markets UCITS ETF

ISIN: IE00B6YX5B26 - SPDR S&P Emerging Markets Dividend Aristocrats UCITS ETF

The Index tracking strategy of the relevant Fund will be changed from an optimisation strategy to a replication strategy. Information regarding the replication strategy is provided in the Index Tracking Funds section of the Prospectus.
