Merger Update: Wolseley/Kooltech

Acceptance of Undertakings in lieu: Anticipated acquisition by Wolseley UK Limited of Kooltech Limited 

The CMA has today accepted undertakings in lieu of reference to an in-depth, Phase 2 investigation given by the Parties under section 73 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The anticipated acquisition by Wolseley UK Limited of Kooltech Limited will therefore not be referred to an in-depth, Phase 2 investigation and the undertakings which have been signed by the Parties will come into effect from this date.
