The Board of Directors of HSBC Global Funds ICAV (the "ICAV") wishes to announce the following change to the composition of its Board of Directors;

The resignation of Eimear Cowhey from her position of Non-Executive Director on the Board of Directors of the ICAV with effect from 31 March 2024 and the appointment of Eve Finn (the "New Director") to the position of Non-Executive Director on the Board of Directors of the ICAV with effect from 1 April 2024.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 and there is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
