Acceptance of Undertakings in lieu: Hanson / Mick George
The CMA has today accepted undertakings in lieu of reference to an in-depth, Phase 2 investigation given by Hanson Quarry Products Europe Limited (Hanson) under section 73 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The anticipated acquisition by Hanson of Mick George Limited will therefore not be referred to an in-depth, Phase 2 investigation and the undertakings which have been signed by Hanson and the buyers will come into effect from this date.
