SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe I plc (the "Company")
Change of Settlement Deadline for certain SPDR ETFs
We are writing to you as a Shareholder of the Company to advise of the changes in relation to settlement deadlines to the supplements (the "Supplements") for Funds listed in schedule 1 below will be effective, on or around, 28 May 2024 or such date as the Central Bank notes the revised Supplements.
Please note that the schedule distinguishes between the current and future settlement cycle for those sub-funds with only exposure to the US, Canada and/or Mexico and the settlement cycle for those sub-funds with significant exposure to the US, Canada and/or Mexico, relative to their respective dealing deadlines, as set out in the sub-fund Supplements.
