 (the "Sub-Fund")

The Company annouces that a circular has been issued to the registered holder of shares in the Sub-Fund (the "Registered Shareholder"), the Bank of New York Mellon (Depository) Nominees Limited, for the purposes of advising the Registered Shareholder the Company's intention to amend the investment policy of the Fund.

In view of the current weightings of securities within the Index, it is proposed that the investment policy of the Fund be amended to reflect that the Fund will invest primarily in a portfolio of equity securities that, as far as possible and practicable, consists of the component securities of the Index in similar proportions to their weightings in the Index and may have exposure to or invest directly up to 20% of its Net Asset Value in shares issued by the same body, which limit may be raised to 35% for a single issuer in exceptional market conditions, including (but not limited to) circumstances in which such issuer occupies a dominant market position. The change will take effect on or around 18 June 2024.

A copy of the notice issued to Shareholders has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and www.lgim.com.
