FTSE Russell notes that the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has today confirmed the changes to the UK Listing Regime which will come into effect on 29 July 2024.

FTSE Russell is reviewing the FCA's confirmed changes to the UK Listing Regime and will provide an update shortly to confirm the changes to the impacted index ground rules and eligibility criteria.

As a reminder, FTSE Russell published a notice and associated FAQ on 15 March 2024, which set out the projected index treatment if the proposed changes detailed in the FCA's Primary Markets Effectiveness Review consultation published in December 2023, are implemented.
