NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Dear Shareholder, SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe I plc (the "Company")

Fund Name

SPDR MSCI World UCITS ETF

 (the "Fund")

We are writing to notify you as a Shareholder in the SPDR MSCI World UCITS ETF (the "Fund"), that the Company will be launching a pilot of the Proxy Voting Choice programme for the Fund, beginning on or around October 15^th, 2024.

Details of the Pilot Programme:

The State Street Global Advisors Proxy Voting Choice programme (the "Programme") empowers investors, including those who own eligible ETFs and mutual funds, to direct the proxy voting of shares owned by the eligible funds in which they are invested. This Programme is expanding to enable Shareholders of the Fund to select a voting policy that will apply in relation to a pro‐rata portion of the shares (available for voting) held by the Fund. We expect to run the pilot for around one year. We will inform you as to whether the Programme will be made permanent in due course.  

Participation Instructions:

Shareholders who are individual investors and wish to participate in the Proxy Voting Choice programme can do so by accessing retail.proxysphere.com. Detailed instructions on how to participate will be provided on the website.

Shareholders who are professional investors can contact their State Street representative for registering for the Programme.
