REMOVAL OF NOMINATED ADVISER STATUS

This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 33 of the AIM Rules for Nominated Advisers.

As a consequence of the acquisition of the business and certain assets of the Capital Markets Division of WH Ireland Limited by Zeus Capital Limited, WH Ireland Limited has been removed from the register of nominated advisers as defined by the AIM Rules for Companies with effect from 14 October 2024.
