SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe I PLC and SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe II PLC ("the Companies") announces the results of their 2024 Annual General Meetings ("AGMs") held at the offices of Matsack Trust Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland on 17 October 2024 at 3:00 pm and and 3:15 pm respectively (Irish time). All resolutions, as set out in the shareholder circulars dated 11 September 2024, were duly passed.
