Announcement of Initial Enforcement Order: MRI Software / Capita One

On 5 September 2024, MRI Software LLC announced that it had completed the acquisition of Capita One Limited. Therefore, on 5 November 2024, the CMA served an initial enforcement order under section 72(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002 on TA Associates Management L.P., TA Lion Corp., GI MRI Main Fund Holdings, LLC, GI Mint Holdings-A Splitter LP, GI MRI Joint Blocker Sub Inc., GI MRI Fund B Blocker, LLC, GI MRI Fund B Splitter, LP, GI  GP IV LLC, MRI Aggregator, LP, MRI HP VIII Splitter, L.P, MRI HP SCF II Common Splitter, L.P, Harvest Partners, LP, MRI Parent Holdings LLC, MRI Software LLC, MRI Software Limited, Orchard Information Systems Limited and Capita One Limited in relation to the acquisition by MRI Software LLC of Capita One Limited. The initial enforcement order takes place from 5 November 2024.
