SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe II plc (the "Company")

SPDR Refinitiv Global Convertible Bond UCITS ETF (the "Fund")

We are writing to you as a Shareholder of the Company to advise of the following change to the supplement (the "Supplement") for the Company for the sub fund below which will take effect as at 6 January 2025 (the "Effective Date") or such later date as the Supplements for the Funds are noted by the Central Bank of Ireland.

Change to Fund Name and Index Name

The Index Provider for the Fund listed below have re-branded their index names. In line with the change of name to the Index, the Fund names will also change as outlined in the table below.
