SSGA SPDR ETFs Europe I plc (the "Company")
We are writing to inform you, as a Shareholder in, SPDR MSCI ACWI UCITS ETF and SPDR MSCI ACWI IMI UCITS ETF (the "Funds"), of the following changes to the supplements (the "Supplements") for the Company for the sub funds which will take effect as at 31 January 2025 (the "Effective Date") or such later date as the Supplements for the Funds are noted by the Central Bank of Ireland.
