iShares Bloomberg Enhanced Roll Yield Commodity Swap UCITS ETF- ISIN: IE00BZ1NCS44 (the "Fund")

10^th March 2025

The Company wishes to advise you of certain changes that will be made by the index provider to the Bloomberg Enhanced Roll Yield Total Return Index, the Fund's benchmark index (the "Index"), to amend the total return calculation from using US Treasury Bills to using Secured Overnight Financing Rate. The changes to the Fund's offering documents are anticipated to take place on 24^th March 2025 (the "Effective Date").  

A new version of the Company's prospectus will be published on or around the Effective Date.
