Merger decision not to refer to phase 2: Anticipated acquisition by Keysight Technologies, Inc. of Spirent Communications plc.

The CMA has decided, on the information currently available to it, not to refer the above merger to a phase 2 investigation under the provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002., using the 'de minimis' exception.

The text of this decision will be placed on the dedicated case page as soon as is reasonably practicable.
