Merger Clearance: Completed acquisition by Iberdrola, S.A., through its subsidiary Scottish Power Energy Networks Holdings Limited, of North West Electricity Networks (Jersey) Limited
The CMA has decided, on the information currently available to it, not to refer the above merger to a phase 2 investigation under the general merger provisions and special energy network merger provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002.
