Announcement of Initial Enforcement Order: Aramark / Entier
On 11 February 2025, Aramark Limited announced that it had acquired Entier Limited.. Therefore, on 25 March 2025, the CMA served an initial enforcement order under section 72(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002 on Aramark, Aramark Investments Limited, Aramark Limited and Entier Limited in relation to the acquisition by Aramark Limited of Entier Limited. The initial enforcement order takes place from 25 March 2025.
