The Directors of iShares VI plc announce the launch of the following share classes (the "New Shares"):

iShares MSCI USA Swap UCITS ETF GBP Hedged (Dist)          IE000DLDNVK1

Dealing in the New Shares will commence on the main market of the London Stock Exchange on 28^th March 2025.
