Acceptance of Undertakings in lieu: Topps Tiles / CTD Tiles (certain assets)

The CMA has today accepted undertakings in lieu of reference to an in-depth, Phase 2 investigation given by Topps under section 73 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The merger will therefore not be referred to an in-depth, Phase 2 investigation and the undertakings which have been signed by Topps will come into effect from this date.

The text of this decision will be placed on the dedicated case page on the Competition and Markets Authority's website at Topps Tiles / CTD Tiles (certain assets) merger inquiry - GOV.UK as soon as is reasonably practical.
