The Company announces that a circular has been issued to the registered holder of shares in the Sub-Fund's (the "Registered Shareholder"), the Bank of New York Mellon (Depository) Nominees Limited, for the purposes of advising the Registered Shareholder of the intention to change the name of the Fund to more closely align with the name of the benchmark index of the Fund, ROBO Global® Healthcare Technology and Innovation Index TR, in the manner set out below:
