Extension of vets services market investigation

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has today decided to extend the statutory deadline for the market investigation into veterinary services for household pets in the UK by 6 months.

The CMA has also published a blog addressing concerns in the veterinary sector by the Inquiry Chair, Martin Coleman, explaining the reasoning behind the decision.
