De-listing of share classes

Shareholders of the Share Classes listed in this notice (each a "Share Class" and together the "Share Classes")

The Directors of iShares VII plc (the "Company") wish to advise you that some of the currency trading lines of the Share Classes will be removed from trading on SIX, Xetra, Borsa Italiana and/or Euronext (the "Affected Trading Lines") on or around 28 October 2025 (the "Delisting Effective Date").

It is important to note that the Share Classes will not be closing.
