Letter from the Board to the Shareholders of the VANGUARD ESG USD CORPORATE BOND UCITS ETF, has been sent out 17 July 2025. After careful consideration and with the long-term interests of investors in mind, the Directors have resolved that it is in the best interest of the Sub-Fund and its investors as a whole to close the Sub-Fund, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Constitution of the Company (the "Constitution") and the Prospectus.
