The directors of the Company wish to advise you of an upcoming change to one of the sustainability indicators of the Fund. The change to the sustainability indicator is due to take effect on or around 1^st September 2025 (the "Effective Date").  

A new version of the Company's prospectus will be published on or around the Effective Date.
