Shareholder Notice - Securities Lending Programme

The Company announces that a Shareholder Notice has been issued to the registered holder of shares in the Sub-Fund (the "Registered Shareholder"), the Bank of New York Mellon (Depository) Nominees Limited, to inform them that a securities lending programme will commence in respect of the Sub-Funds listed in the Shareholder Notice, effective in Q4 2025.

While the supplements to the Company's prospectus already provide flexibility for the Sub-Funds to engage in securities lending, this capability has not been utilised to date. The Board of Directors has now approved the activation of this programme.

To facilitate the securities lending activity:

The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch (a related party to the Depositary), has been appointed as the securities lending agent (the "Securities Lending Agent").

Legal & General Investment Management Limited, the investment manager of the Company (the "Investment Manager"), will oversee and manage the programme on behalf of the Sub-Funds.

Under the programme, the Securities Lending Agent and the Investment Manager will each receive a fee equal to 10% of the securities lending revenue. The remaining 80% will be retained by the relevant Sub-Fund. The expected level of securities lending activity will range between 0% and 20% of the Sub-Fund's net asset value, with a maximum limit of 45%.
