iShares Edge S&P 500 Minimum Volatility Factor UCITS ETF (the "Fund") - ISIN: IE00B6SPMN59, IE00BD93YH54, IE00BYX8XD24

The directors of the Company wish to advise you of an upcoming change to the rebalancing frequency of the Fund. The rebalancing frequency of the Fund will change from semi-annual to quarterly and is due to take effect on or around 22^nd September 2025 (the "Effective Date").  

A new version of the Company's prospectus will be published on or around the Effective Date.  

An electronic copy of the full shareholder letter shall be made available shortly for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and available to download from the iShares website www.ishares.com
