Revocation order: SMFLH/MRL
The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has made a revocation order under section 72(4) of the Enterprise Act 2002 in relation to the completed acquisition SMFL LCI Helicopters Limited (SMFLH) of Macquarie Rotorcraft Limited (MRL).
Re-issue of initial enforcement order
The CMA has served an initial enforcement order under section 72(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002, in relation to the completed acquisition by SMFL LCI Helicopters Limited (SMFLH) of Macquarie Rotorcraft Limited (MRL).
