Merger notice rejection: Anticipated acquisition by Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. of Total System Services LLC.

The CMA has rejected the parties' merger notice, pursuant to section 99(5)(c) of the Enterprise Act 2002, on the basis that it fails to provide the prescribed information. As a result, the current statutory timetable ceases to apply. The CMA will restart its formal investigation once a complete merger notice has been provided to the CMA.
