iShares Global High Yield Corp Bond CHF Hedged UCITS ETF (Dist) (the "Fund") - ISIN: IE00B988C465

The directors of the Company wish to advise you of a change that will be made to the distribution frequency of the Fund. The distribution frequency of the Fund will change from semi-annual to quarterly. The first new quarterly distribution of the Fund will be carried out in January 2026. The change is due to take effect on or around 5 January 2026 (the "Effective Date").  

A new version of the Company's prospectus will be published on or around the Effective Date.  

An electronic copy of the full shareholder letter shall be made available shortly for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and available to download from the iShares website www.ishares.com
